Driving from an elevated tee box allows the golfer to see the entire hole ahead. Hitting out to the right is the safest play, but will leave a lengthy approach, whilst anyone trying to cut the corner risks finding the salt hole to the left. Approaches coming up short will tend to run into the hollow to the right of the green, leaving a tricky up and down.
